Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@kloset.shop with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return
Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags
